This formation of purple fluorite and sphalerite on barite was mined in Elmwood, Tennessee and displays a freeform, textured cream-colored barite base off which pop large, transparent, vividly purple fluorite cubes – all offset by a metallic blossom of sphalerite that gives an ethereal, even alien vibe.
